The client purchased this property with the main goal of expanding the living space and building a high-quality home from the ground up. We stripped away everything and rebuilt the property with a double-storey extension, adding 3490 Square feet of floor space to the internal floor plan, significantly increasing the value of their home. From the foundation to the finishing touches, we used materials that will last our client a lifetime.
This journey was made seamless as the planning permissions, demolition, waste management, foundation and structural build, all the way to flooring, plastering, painting, and fitting the kitchen and bathroom structures was done by us. Their favourite feature is the underfloor heating, making them excited for UK’s winter season for the first time!
